For my Sampler September, I am working on the Mexican Stag Sampler from Samplers Remembered.

A customer at The Attic purchased this and I fell in love with the Gumnut silks palette. Wow are they beautiful. I am stitching on the called for 40 count Weeks Straw. I started with just the bouquet and a bit of border finished last week:

and in this first week I’ve managed to get most of the first deer done as well as work on 2 of the floral border bits:

I do hope I will finish this this month and have time to work on one other project! I think that’s feasible!
