It was not an item for sale but something on the desk for the staff to use. Well\u2026last year it piqued my interest again and I hunted the internet for bee hive pin cushion. Lo and behold, I found it! The process was straightforward even though it was fiddly. The covered cord was wrapped around a foam egg and pinned in place, then blind stitched together. The egg is then removed. The bees are bullion knots which were hard for me but I enjoyed the ribbon embroidery wings. I need to do another ribbon piece!
