Jump into Spring!
Who else stays up too late when you’re close to a finish? That was me last night, and I’ve finished Jump Into Spring. The basket and 3 rows of special stitches were fun, and quick!

Here’s my backing fabric and a little butterfly charm to dress is up. I felt like this design just really called for a butterfly! The fabric is French General Jardin de Versailles and I am so glad it coordinates. I have started a new big project-trying to make a quilt. It is more challenging than I expected even to get the blocks laid out! I have had to order a good deal more fabric to make it how I want with the color arrangement. Well. I suppose someday I will have a quilt to show you, but for now I am very happy I can use SOME of the fabric for something that will be finished.
Congratulations on a super finish, that’s a beautiful design
Such a pretty Spring stitch! I love the basket and all the speciality stitches. The butterfly adds to it too! I bought a little butterfly on a May stitch and I think I will do the same on a June one. They just work so well with Spring stitches. RJ sent me some of the fabric in that line, it’s sooo pretty!!!
Another pretty finish. The specialty stitches add so much texture to the design.
Oh wow! There are SO many pretty things about Jump Into Spring! Just lovely Mary!
What a lovely project. I really like the border and the way it varies as you go round the piece.
The colours are beautiful too.
I would have stayed up late to finish that too, it’s lovely!
