Autumn of Abundance
A couple weeks ago The Attic hosted Autumn of Abundance, its fall event, this year featuring Linda of Chessie and Me, Teresa Kogut, and Beth Twist from Heartstring Samplery. It was a busy week in the shop.
Here I am (on the far right) with Jean and some of the shop ladies.

They are a wonderful group of coworkers. I am very lucky. We were kept on our toes with many customers and diverse projects. And while I wasn’t going to go to the actual event, I did end up going both to help and participate and it was great! The projects were all beautiful, the group of students was so amiable, and I believe everyone had a really good time. I even got some stitching in! Since Teresa Kogut was one of the presenters, I brought along my project of hers I’m working on, Sacred. Here it is last time I showed it back in the summer…

And after a weekend of stitching:

I love the warm colors in this project…my own selection of Glorianas. I don’t mind the slow going of this project…even though it is relatively small and I could probably finish it quickly with some diligent work. It is one to savor I think.
