Outline Finished

This weekend my goal was to finish the outline on the big flower band on Dorcas. I did it!

I was delighted to discover this band is just about as centered as I could manage. I am plotting the order of work for the fills. There are so many different ones. I know the queen stitched leaves (the big double leaf under each blossom) will give the most trouble and while I love satin stitch it will be more responsible to wait for sturdier stitches to be in first…so plotting and planning. And in the meantime if I need a break I will put in the berry band that is identical to the band above the flower band.
