Verse…check
I managed to finished Mary Ellen’s verse this week:

I really love this sampler. The verse is very touching I think.
My goal for Sampler September is to finish the is one. Do-able! Hey, I finished Dorcas Haynes last September which was much more difficult work! Towards that end, I got the 2nd butterfly put in this morning, and started the next leaf motif. I am down to the last page, not including filling in the border.

I also hope to make progress on Anna Millet on days when I have good light for the 46 count.

It would be nice to finish the page that covers the right half. That would be this much…

I am getting close on that so maybe I have a chance. Let’s see…I count about 45 letters/numerals left to do on this page, so I would need to do at least 3 a day plus a bit of border everyday in order to reach this goal. That sounds ok. I will go for it.
I am participating in the Blackbird Academy SAL in order to work on some of my many BBD projects. I skipped August because I had only just found out about this SAL. August’s assignment was supposed to be an ABC project. The assignment for September is something with a bird on it. There are so many. Here are the 3 choices I’ve given myself:

I still haven’t decided but all the kits are ready to go!
I started a little thing on a whim…

This is GPA’s Emma the Queen Anne Doll. It’s it sweet?? Believe it or not, that is the called for linen. I think it photographs dark and the cover photo is light. Anyway, I thought the rows of borders would be easy and fun for a take along project. Fall sports have started.
What is all the new stuff you ask, when I previously had announced plans to finish existing WIPs and start very specific things? Well if you are asking that then you must not have been following along with me very long. This is my MO!
